From MSure

This is the MSure manual. It should contain all you need to know to use MSure. If there is something missing, please tell us so in the forum. As MSure is under constant development, two versions of the manual exists from time to time. In these cases, the new (unofficial) version of the manual has the suffix /x.x, where x stands for the new version number.
